I. BODRI “OPTIMUS” wine dinner

  • Ham platter “B.I.” /Fresh seasonal veggies, sour cream, fruit/
  • Porcini cappuccino with coffee oil and parmesan sable
  • Grilled quail with hot skillet salad, grapes and grape must dressing

CHOICES OF MAIN COURSES:

  • Smoked duck breast with chanterelle risotto, bread sauce and arugula
  • Venison roast with kohlrabi, caramelized pear and Parisian potatoes
  • “Lúdláb” trifle (rich chocolate ganaché cream and sour cherry) with cherry brandy and almond cream

  • Salmon tartar with goat cheese, grilled olives and truffled pesto
  • Porcini cappuccino with truffle oil and parmesan sablé

  • 36-hour braised beef cheek with truffled Optimus sauce and potato cake
  • Ghanaian chocolate cake with honey soaked blackberries
