8 900 HUF/person

DINNER:

o Chicken broth with fine-cut noodles (cooked meat in the soup)
o Assorted meat platter:

  • Garlic-roasted pork shoulder
  • Stuffed chicken thigh Faluhely style
  • Pork loin Parisian style
  • Breaded fried mushrooms, breaded fried cauliflower

o Garnish:

  • Fresh Parsley potato
  • Rizi-bizi (boiled rice with peas)
  • Ratatouille (Roasted vegetables)
  • Fresh coleslaw

MIDNIGHT DINNER:

o “Bodrikutya” flavoured beef shin stew with small homemade dumplings, pickles from Faluhely and bread baked in a wood-fired oven.
o Meat dishes left over from dinner are served cold

9 400 HUF/person

DINNER:

  • Chicken broth with fine-cut noodles (cooked meat in the soup)
  • Assorted meat platter:

 Crispy duck thigh

  • Garlic-roasted pork shoulder
  • BBQ chicken thigh
  • Breaded-fried pork loin
  • Vegetable shish kebabs
  • Garnish:
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Boiled rice
  • Red cabbage with apples
  • Fresh coleslaw

MIDNIGHT DINNER:

  • Stuffed cabbage
  • Bugaci salad
  • Mediterranean pasta salad
  • Meat dishes left over from dinner are served cold

DINNER:

  • Cold starter: Veal liver pâté on a bed of lettuce
  • Chicken broth with fine-cut noodles (cooked meat in the soup)
  • “Bodrikutya” flavoured beef shin stew with small homemade dumplings, pickles from Faluhely and bread baked in a wood-fired oven
  • Assorted meat platter
  • Breaded-fried chicken thigh fillet
  • Stuffed thin flank of pork
  • Garlic-roasted pork shoulder
  • Vegetable shish kebabs
  • Garnish:
  • Fresh parsley potato
  • Steamed vegetables
  • Rizi-bizi (boiled rice with peas)
  • Friss coleslaw

MIDNIGHT DINNER:

  • Bean soup with knuckle of pork and nipped gnocchi
  • Crispy roast piglet with onion mashed potatoes
  • Cold salad bar (with self-service, choice of two dressings)
  • Meat dishes left over from dinner are served cold

BUFFET DINNER:

  • Chicken broth with noodles and vegetables
  • Forest fruit soup – served cold
  • Broiled boneless catfish fillets with mashed potato and lemon white wine sauce
  • Blueberry game ragout with forest mushrooms and potato croquette
  • Mediterranean lasagne
  • Sirloin steak with rosemary-cognac sauce
  • Pork medallions in sesame seed jacket with Ratatouille and jasmine rice
  • Fresh salad bar (choice of two dressings)
  • Homemade strudels in various flavours

MIDNIGHT DINNER:

  • Stuffed cabbage
  • Filleted, roasted garlic chicken thigh
  • Onion potato salad
  • Bugaci salad
  • Meat dishes left over from dinner are served cold

MENU V.

12 000 HUF/person

DINNER:

o Smoked salmon tartare rolled in savoury pancakes on bird salad bed with mango vinaigrette

o Consommé a’la Royal with egg-jelly

o Faluhely full plate:

  • Pullet breast stuffed with prunes and duck liver
  • Rose roasted duck breast marinated in jasmine tea
  • Filet of pork roasted in pepper bark
  • Aged sirloin steak with forest mushroom ragout
  • Roast garlic piglet

o Garnish:

  • Jasmine rice with green olives
  • Seasoned, grilled vegetables
  • Fresh parsley potatoes
  • Fresh coleslaw

MIDNIGHT DINNER:

  • Deer ragout with bread dumplings Burgundy style
  • Stuffed cabbage
  • Cold salad bar (choice of two dressings)
  • Meat dishes left over from dinner are served cold
  • Fruitbowl

OTHER INFORMATION:

Child concession: Free up to 5 years of age, for 6-12-year-old children 50%.
All left-overs from wedding dinners can be taken away free of charge, early the following morning.
However, large sealable dishes, plastic or foam boxes must be brought to the restaurant the previous day.

Ceremonial venues are provided free of charge, and further concessions are available on condition that wedding reception food and beverage packages have been ordered.
Currently there are four guest houses with 25 guestrooms and six luxury apartments capable of accommodating 79 people all together; accompanied by a security guarded car park.

We are also able to recommend the services of reliable local businesses should you require a florist, musicians, a videographer or a photographer.
